I'm having difficulty purchasing a ticket for a video

We accept credit cards using Stripe and also payments via Paypal. If you're having difficulty making a payment, please double check your card details as we've found that this is often the issue. Sometimes, your bank may block online transactions if it's the first time making a purchase with a vendor. If so, you'll need to contact them to lift this restriction. If you've checked both of these, please contact us via the website chat and we'll help ASAP.
